Remember the old Judy Garland/Mickey Rooney movies? In every movie the answer to any problem was exactly the same. Let’s put on a show!

I had a “let’s put on a show” moment right before I signed off on the last thing needed to publish I Chose You on Amazon. How about a second book? My designer said we needed to decide now. Because book one had to say book one and the series needed a title. I decided to sleep on it, but of course there was very little sleeping that night as I tossed and turned and tried to come up with a series title.

Book two in the Wag Away Tales series is a book about rescue dogs and their senior humans. Rescues don’t always come from the Humane Society or a shelter. Sometimes they come from breeders who are going to dump a dog who has medical problems or doesn’t have the right coloring. They can be considered a rescue if you got them from an aging parent or a neighbor who died.
